I have the Galaxy sIII and lately it started going extremely slowly.
Which app will be good for cleaning and creating more space?

The first thing is to just restart the phone occasionally. That way you start with no apps running in memory. It's a good idea to do it once a week or so. There are certain apps that are notorious for staying in memory; while they can slow other things down, they also kill your battery life.

You should be able to look and see a list of "processes" that are currently running, and how much memory they're using up. If you see anything there that you don't really need, just delete it.
