I'd recommend finding the nearest large town and calling a shul or shaliach there to ask for more current info.

west davies is #1 ... closest cities with chabad houses are #6 weston, #3 plantation & so forth & so on ... sure someone at one of these locales can advise you

Quite a delayed reply but Chabad of SW Broward on Stirling just past 106th with Rabbi Penny is AMAZING (I attend and am joining the women's group which has high regards). There is also Chabad of NOVA over on Griffin right before University if you are driving East. They are smaller but very nice as well.
