Can I stop YouTube from displaying related videos?

At the end of watching any clip on YouTube I get related videos displayed -- some of them I'd rather not see (or have my kids see). Can I watch only what I choose to on YouTube and when I'm done NOT get all those other videos?

I doubt it. This really bothers me too.
It's another reason to not let my kids surf Youtube without me there.
Anyone?
