Accepts them for what? To reuse them? I suppose youl could try to find a kiruv organization that needs them, but if it was me, I would just put them in sheimos.

My parents give their old benchers to places like the pizza store and other kosher eateries. You can try that.

many communities have a bencher g'mach. they put stickers over the names/dates on the cover and reuse them. obviously, they should be "like new" or never used.
