Anyone ever used a #17?

Beefland has it on sale but they call it something different (מ. ורד הצלע) than the meat chart I've been using online (Pladah, Kislayim).
Has anyone ever gotten a 17? What would it be called in US (NY/NJ region)? What can I do with it? Do you think Beefland's is something different because they use a different name?

My dh thinks it's #1 or 2 according to what you wrote in hebrew.
