Yes! I got it from another allergy thread here. I'll happily.repost it once I have my cookbooks unpacked. If you need it sooner search for threads by allergy mama, is about two years old.

You need to ask your posek. While it is generally (but not universally) accepted in the US (with proper hechsher due to processing issues), my understand is that it is the opposite in Israel -- it is generally NOT accepted there (certainly not by most chareidi poskim). However, YOUR posek may allow it, so ask.

Ask your rav. My (chareidi ashkenazi) rav said its fine. If you have allergies, more likely to get a psak that its allowed.
