I have a really close friend, 23 years old, a very good, frum, refined, professional girl who is looking for a warm family to board with. She is looking for something that will not cost $500 for a cubby and $.50 a flush. Why does she want to board? At that age is more common (and normal, in my opinion) to rent an apartment (with roommates, if financially necessary).

Because she is a warm, caring person who wants to be part of a family. She doesnt want to get used to and comfortable with that single, come and go as you please, single life.
