Short hairs sticking up at part in new wig

just got a new wig 4 pesach, and there are short hairs sticking straight up at the part that look bad.
Is this normal? ie, will they tame down and blend with the rest of the hair? this was NOT a cheap wig so I really hope it's not a lemon..

Hi. If the short hairs are at the parting, it may be result of someone thinning out the sheital. It can be fixed by replacing those hairs. Id have to look at though in order to tell. You can also tame it down with a little hairspray.
