How do I address an envelope to Rechov divrei chaim in Jerusalem? What's the zip code there? (I think it's in the mattersdorf area??? Or is there more than one Rechov divrei chaim)

You do not need a zip code when sending letters to Yerushalayim
Just write the name of the street and house number
On the next line write Jerusalem, Israel

That is right. I don't think too many Israelis even know their zip code. When I need mine, I have to find a bill.

Most Israelis know their zip codes. Or at least did, until the post office switched everyone to 7 digits. Now everyone knows the first 5 digits of their zip codes...

Are you sending from outside Israel? If yes, I think it's best NOT to put a zip code. Someone from the US tried to send me a letter a few times with the Israeli zip code and the letter wound up in another country and then returned to sender. When they left out the zip code, it came to me no problem.
