I have seen ads (various Jewish publications) for a company that offers SIM cards for US phones that allows their use in Israel that are pay as you go and that DON'T expire. There are many that are available that expire if you don't use them in 12 months. I know that I saw something where the SIM cards don't expire and therefore allow you to use them when needed pay as you go and always keep the same Israel phone number.

Does anyone know which company or companies offer this?
