Is anyone familiar with the "rooster sauce" sriracha?
I have seen it used in kosher restaurants and sold in kosher grocery stores but I am unfamiliar with the hechsher.
Any info pls?
TIA
anon because I am asking around IRL too

If you mean the huy fong brand, it's said to be certified by RCC of California, even without a symbol. The RCC is considered a recognized hashgacha (it's on the CRC list). I would recommend calling them to double check the kosher status if you don't see their symbol on the bottle 213-389-3382.

Thanks for your reply!
I do mean that brand.
The bottle I have has a hechsher but it is not on the crc list. Is the RCC certifying it in addition? I will try and give that number a call later to get details.
