Overnight family trip with a baby

I'm looking to go away with my family for a couple of days. I live in the tristate area.

My older boys are 7 and 5 but I have a baby and am willing to drive up to 5 hours. What would be family friendly place that the boys would enjoy? We can't do trails/hiking with the baby (HATES the baby bjorn with a passion) but I dont just want to go to parks (hershey, sesame...).

Philly, Boston, Baltimore, and DC all come to mind. More than enough to keep busy in any of those places, and it doesn't have to be hikes or amusement parks.
