I just bought the Solo 60 cup water urn for $79.99 and the water is disappearing without using it (I guess its running too powerfully). It was at max level and I used 2 cups over Shabbos and it went down to minimum level. Ive never had water evaporating this quickly with any other brand. I tried again overnight, same thing- water disappears.
Not sure if mine is a lemon or its a faulty brand.
Never bought there but heard from many ppl who did that its BAD. Also that they officially sell refurbished items and theres no way the customer can know if its refurbished or brand new. Thats the reason why they can have the kind of sales they have weekly
