Don't forget about this easy Pesach dessert!
Peel ripe bananas, cut in half, insert a popsicle, lollipop stick or wood skewer in the center at least a 1/3 of the way up, lay on a parchment lined cookie sheet in the freezer and freeze. When frozen, dip the banana in melted chocolate (melt pareve bar with a tsp oil to thin out), shake off extra, sprinkle on toasted chopped almonds or coconut or sprinkles and place on parchment covered cookie sheet to refreeze. Transfer to container when hardened. These are served straight from freezer. The banana never fully freezes and you can bite into it right away. SOOOOOOOO GOOOOOD!
