My kids enjoyed this too - thanks!

I made my sugar free, grain free chocolate donuts for myself that came out great too. I'll post the recipe separately here.

I made them low sugar, low oil, and fluffy. Came out like a fudgy cake:

2 T oil
2 T sugar
2 Pcks sugar vanil
1 tsp b.soda
1 cup starch
1 cup cocoa
1 cup water
4 eggs
chocolate chips

They came out awesome!!

I will attest they are really yummy, though they left plentiful crumbs all over my kitchen floor. Smile the kids might be neater if they were using spoons LOL Trying to carry pieces off was a bit of a disaster.

Really? it didn't cut nicely? Maybe it's the oil you use

No, they did cut nicely, so they were walking away from the pan with the brownies in hand and dropping crumbs on the floor, as opposed to the ones that obviously need bowls, napkins... Very Happy

This is how we prove to G-d that we're cleaning for all the right reasons. We scrub our house for weeks, get rid of any semblance of a crumb, and the first thing we do when we're done, is have a seder - matza crumbs galore and tons of grape juice spills!

So glad everyone likes them, but I still think the amazing thing is that they cut into nice pieces - Not every Pesach cake does that (and don't forget for next year that you can eat them erev Pesach)

You can't blame all your Pesach extra weight on my brownies - I think the vast quantities of oil and potatoes consumed have something to do with it too

I'll only send you the extra weight from the brownies, not anything else, OK?
