Have you seen this recipe in one of the magazines? I'm going crazy bc I bought the ingredients to make this. Cannot find the magazine it was in! It was a recipe for club steak mashed potatoes and cutlets stacked. Anyone seen this or made it? TIA

Steak and chicken stacks-4 servings

4 (8 oz) club steaks
4 (4 oz) dark chicken cutlets
3 T. olive oil, divided
4 large onions, sliced into rings
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup potato starch
1 T. dried rosemary (optional)
2 large potatoes, peeled, boiled, and mashed
Preheat oven to 400
Sauté onions in 1 T. olive oil until lightly browned, about 15 min. Remove from pan.
Add 1 T. oil to skillet and heat. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper and sear on both sides for 2 min. Remove steaks and place in 9x13 pan. Place half the onions on top, sprinkle with rosemary, and add the red wine to the pan. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 400 for 1 hour.
Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Pour potato starch in large bowl. Heat 1 T oil in skillet. Coat each chicken cutlet in potato starch and sear over high heat until browned on both sides. Place chicken in another 9x13 pan and cover with remaining onions. Cover pan tightly with foil and bake at 400 for 45 min.
To assemble, place 2 T. potatoes in each steak, then place chicken cutlet over potatoes.
