DH loves Kishke and bought a frozen log at the store.
I am not making cholent for lunch.
QUESTION:
Can I place the Kishke on top of the chicken on the blech?
The chicken is Moroccan lemon chicken.
I know Kishke doesn't really go, but DH wants to have Kishke.
Or is it better to cook it by itself in a Pyrex with some water on the blech?
Any suggestions?

I would slice, wrap each piece in foil, and place on plata to warm.

It's frozen solid. Do I bake it first?

You can't put Pyrex on the blech. It could explode.

If you have a plata and can halachikly put the kishke directly on the plata to warm on shabbos, you don't have to bake first, it's precooked. Just slice while frozen, refrigerate until ready to put up.
If you are using a blech and therefore cannot put the kishke directly on shabbos, slice and bake first on cookie sheet then rewarm tomorrow.

Won't kishke dry out if baked in the oven?

Why would you say that? What happens to kishke if you put it in the cholent or stuff it into chicken before baking? It cooks or bakes either way.

I have sliced a roll of frozen kishke, baked uncovered in the oven until done (on a cookie sheet at 350 for maybe 30 minutes) and then we ate the slices fresh. It was delish. I would bake for less time if I was just prepping it now to rewarm on shabbos morning.

I vaguely recall baking it uncovered and it dried out; in the cholent it has liquid to absorb. Maybe it was on the hot plate, not the oven....
