you can make matzo farfel by breaking up the matzo.
chocolate covered matzo.
matzo pizza, dairy or meat.
do you have a food processor? you can make your own matzo meal.

We dont use chocolate. No I x have food processor. Didx have the money to invest one this yr. Was the first yr to bring in pesach

or just crumble into soup
or crumble into milk and sugar
pile your fish over matzo
pile salad over matzo
enjoy!
