Why am I nauseous?

I have tried very hard to avoid the things DD baked with cottonseed oil, but I have cheated a bit.
Also not too many nut cookies & brownies.

I have also decided I am not bli neder eating anything else with homemade mayo, which reminds me I should go make a batch with a cooked egg yolk if I can find the recipe.

I've been drinking lots of ginger tea.

I DO NOT think I could be pregnant (I am 57 ke"h but stranger things have happened...)

I have been mixing yogurt w cocoa & xylitol. I don't usually eat so much xylitol, more stevia and agave, so that's the only other thing I can think of.

I am eating only spelt matza (mostly).

My digestion seems pretty much okay (BH ken ayin hora poo poo poo). Although my sleep schedule is absolutely nuts.

But I am nauseous almost since Pesach started.
Any ideas?

Maybe your body is just exhausted?

Sounds logical, though I try to sleep as much as I can.

I think I am also stressed from having more guests than I would necessarily prefer (as DH says, you don't want to make your kids feel bad, so how can you tell them not to come? Although at least the bigger families are coming only for a meal and not a whole YT).

I don't react well to not having choices....

Are you sure it's food related? H. pylori bacteria (and other stomach bugs) can cause nausea too. Maybe see a doctor.
