I was wondering what the best temperature would be for baking challah rolls, for example, 12 to a cookie sheet? Is lower heat better, I.e. 325-350, or would 400 be better? Thanks for your advice and any other baking tips you can give me. I don't bake challos very often, but always try to do it on the Shabbos after Pesach, Shlissel Shabbos. TIA!

I do it on 350. 6 or 7 rolls fit on a cookie sheet.
