I'm searching for non bread lunch ideas.
I find that bread doesnt agree with my stomach lately, and I am accustomed to eating bread for lunch everyday.
If you can help me think of new ideas to eat for lunch, I will appreciate it.

I take a big salad every day with different proteins in them like turkey, eggs, chick peas, chicken etc and all different kinds of veggies and I find it very filling.

Are you at home or at work during lunchtime?
Some ideas:

Eggplant pizza (Eggplant slices, fat free, sugar free tomato sauce, and lowfat cheese)
Salmon burgers (using canned salmon)
Tuna salad
Tuna burgers
cottage cheese "kugel"
cottage cheese and fruit
yogurt, nuts and fruit
Mushroom onion omelet

microwave some baby potatoes, serve with poached eggs/omelette/sunny egg and a salad.
shakshuka
tuna and baked (microwaved) potato with grated carrots or other salad. (or cottage cheese/cheese/butter - lots of toppings you can do)
I try and make extra supper which I then eat for lunch. If I make rice I make a bit extra so that can turn into my lunch.
