I am going to bake tomorow moring the first time in my married life on my own.

present....for anyone that wants an amazing easy CHALLAH RECIPE
5 pounds flour
4 1/2 cups water
4 eggs
2 T salt
1c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 packs of 3 dry yeast
mix yeast with 3/4 cup water.
pour into mixer
add sugar to mixer
add flour and rest of ingredients (3 3/4 c. water)
mix for ten min.
let stand for 5 min.
mix for another 5 min.
let rise 1 1/2 hours
punch down and braid into pan
let rise 1 1/2 hours
bake 350 for 3/4 of an hour or untill brown. before shabbos put in 280 oven for 15 min. right before u eat take out of oven.
