So I googled unclassified potatoes because I had no idea what this was and found a few things. The first may be helpful, the second is to prepare you for what you might find under "immediate reactions" soon enough. (Am resisting urge to post under "the rock band name" thread myself )
I'm curious myself. There's a fair chance I probably would, given the proper information and considering the source.

Sounds ok.
Should be hard and dry. Not greenish. Cut off any spots, or sprouts. Scrub hard with a stiff brush, and cook thoroughly. They seem to miss a standard of look and size, but do not sound bad to eat. From what google seems to say.
Enjoy.
