I just bought a bag of it, and it doesn't have cooking instructions!!!!
How much water to a cup of it? How long does it need to cook for?
TIA!

2 cups water to 1 cup quinoa. 10-15 min. Water should be absorbed like rice.

Rinse very well to remove coating and bitterness,
Water should be cold (not boiled water).
Water level should be about 2 cm above quinoa in any size pot.
Cook until water absorbed, about 15-20 minutes and then fluff with fork.

Very easy. Rinse a couple of times in cold water. Then add the cooking water: 2 cups cold water for every 1 cup quinoa. Bring to a boil with lid on. Reduce heat to low, cook 20 minutes (covered). Fluff; let sit covered 5 more minutes for best texture.
