I have a 7 qt cuisinart that just stopped working, and I probably need a replacement. I'm comparing the kitchenaid 600 professional or 7 qt ktchenaid pro-line vs. bosch. I see bed, bath, and beyond has the bosch for 399. It has the plastic bowl, and some reviews say this can't be for challah? Can someone advise me which you'd get? Besides doing challah, I use my mixer a lot for making frosting, so that is important to me as well. Also, what's your experience cleaning either? (My cuisinart has a "filter" that can't be cleaned well, so I'd like something without lots of crevices to collect food/dust if possible.
