I feel like protein powder is the easiest way to increase my protein. I know I can add it to milkshakes but what else can I do with it? Can I add it to challah or other baked goods? How will it affect the taste?

You can make protein bars with them. Google protein bar recipes and you will find lots of recipes. You can always freeze extra bars.
