The best for me is just adding salt and pepper. I like to eat grilled vegetables like corn on the cob, onions, bell peppers, potatoes, and sweet potatoes. I say eat, not cook because my dh does the grilling .

Which recipes do you need?
You can do chicken skewers, chicken pieces, burgers, steak, hot dogs, grilled potatoes, corn on the cob, various grilled vegetables (on their own, on a stick, or to add to a summer pasta salad), grilled fruit.
Other side dishes not done on the grill are potato salad, corn salad, veggie salad, pasta salad, etc.

Thank you. I made chicken on the bone today and was delicious. I always make steak, hot dogs, & burgers.
Can I have recipes for chicken pieces, grilled potatoes and grilled vegatables.

lately I just cut up chicken cutlets, marinate in whatever bbq sauce I have on hand, skewer them and grill. my kids love it. they cook really fast, I preheat the grill on high, then lower to med and grill 5-7 min on each side.

Whole pieces of beef or chicken:
dh's favorite sauce is bone sucking sauce. Allow the chicken or beef to marinade in it for at least an hour.
Burgers:
ground beef or chicken mixed with diced onion, crushed garlic, parsley, & spices.
Skewers/kabobs:
marinade chicken/beef pieces in shwarmwa spice, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Sidedishes:
-veggie kabobs - put cut up onions, peppers, and cherry tomatoes on skewers. Delicious!
-mashed potatoes
-rice
-salads
