Anyone has a good recipe of a soup with noodles or pasta?
I would prefer a fleishig recipe but everything is welcome!

Thanks!!!! Tongue Out

chicken soup with lokshen?

Oriental chicken soup: the only difference is, you add a small knob of fresh ginger before making chicken stock. Cook thin egg noodle or rice noodle separately (read the package, often it just needs to soak in boiling hot water for 3-5minutes), garnish with chicken pieces, chopped coriander leaves, chopped scallion, add stir-fried veggies if you want. You can add chicken kreplach/wonton.

Harira: traditional Moroccan soup, very filling. Sautee 1/2lbs of lamb (pref with bones, visible fat trimmed but don't wory too much about it) in a large soup pot. Add 2-3 peeled carrots, 2 onions, 2 stalks celery all chopped in tiny bits and sautee for another 5min or so. Check and 1 cup rinse lentils (pref small brown ones but red one will do) and add to pot, together with 1 small tin chopped tomato, 2 litre water. Add salt, pepper, paprika and cumin, beef soup cube if you want. Let cook for about 2hours.
Take meat pieces out, discard bones (if any) and shred the meat and return to the pot. Add thin vermicelli and cook for another 10min. Turn off heat. Add harissa and chopped coriander, serve with lemon wedges.

Usually not fleishig but you also have minestrone.
