Has anyone made these?
Why does recipe call for 36doughs, instructions only use 24?
Do they freeze/reheat well?

I've made them. Its excellent. I don't remember how much I got. I just made them until I ran out of meat.
I froze them twice and both times they reheated nicely, just reheat uncovered.

Thanks! Just to clarify - should I bake before freezing, or freeze raw? And you just place beef in pastry cups then pinch top corners together to close? And how do you serve the sauce?

I put the dough in a muffin tin. fill with the meat - not too much. And then twist the top to create a bundle look. They didn't open.
I always bake and then freeze - this way on yom tov I only have to rewarm. I probably defrosted them in the fridge overnight or on the counter for a little bit and then stuck them in a warm oven to heat through.
