I have @ a pound each of ground dark turkey and white chicken breast.
I would like to soak some challah in water for a binder.
Also bought already checked parsley.
Thinking of serving it with sauteed mushrooms.
Would appreciate your input. Eggs? Spices? Toppings? How much Challah?
TIA

I have played around with the ingredients like used broth or salted water instead of first ingredient, used soy sauce for Worcestershire sauce when I ran out.
Halve the recipe for 1-3/4 - 2 lbs. turkey.
