Looking for a recipe for parve cheesecake to serve after a fleishig meal. Any really good tried and true ones? Thanks!

Crust: 7 oz chocolate covered graham crackers, crushed
mix with 2 Tbs cocoa and 4 Tbs melted margarine.
press into springform and bake 350 for 10 minutes
cheesecake mixture: whip up 3 containers parve cream cheese
1/4 cup parve sour cream
1 cup confectionery sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbs vanilla sugar
add in 2 eggs (one at a time)
Pour 3/4 batter over cooled crust
melt 5 oz semi sweet chocolate and mix into remaining batter
swirl into cake
bake 325 until top is just set
I like to let the melted chocolate cool a little and then I just mix it into the entire batter so that it becomes like tiny pcs of chocolate instead of preparing the recipe as written (this started as a mistake once).
I get really good reviews!
