I want to make cheesecake for my dad he has. Diabetes I once had a startfresh recipe but I can't find it thank you

I like the one from Suzanne Sommers. I don't remember it completely offhand but this is the basics. Three packages cream chease, 1 cup sour cream, 3/4 splenda, 1/4t Vanilla,3 (I think!) eggs. Mix all together and bake for 1 (I think!) hour on 350 in spring form pan in pan filled with water. Turn off oven and keep inside for additional hour. Cook in fridge overnight.
