I just made a cheesecake with a topping made of 2 cups sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix well. Pour on top of cheesecake and bake 5 more minutes. It also says top that with cherry pie filling before serving.

I made a strawberry and blueberry topping - using homemade pie filling.

I heated up frozen fruit, sugar and cornstarch until it formed a syrupy pie filling and used that.
