Cream of Brocoli Soup from BY cookbook
5 cups pareve beef broth
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 pounds frozen broccoli,defrosted and drained
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
salt
black pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
Heat parve beef broth. Melt butter over low heat. Slowly add flour to the melted butter and whisk until smooth. Whisk it into the broth and simmer until think. Stir often so flour does not stick to the bottom.
Add brocoli and cook 10 minsPuree with a blender until smooth. Add heavy crem ,milk,nutmeg and the rest. Bring to bowl. Reduce heat and simmer about 10 mins.

Did anyone make this? Sounds awesome but hesitant to try a new soup for YT unless someone else endorses it.
