I've seen some recipes on imamother, but none had exact measurements or time and temp for cooking.
Does anyone have a recipe for chicken on the bone baked in tomato sauce?

If you're looking for a sweet wine recipe I can find the thread for you, the recipe is from fresh and easy I believe.

I have the fresh and easy cookbook, don't remember seeing a tomato-wine sauce. But thanks!

There is a great recipe from kosher by design short on time. It's called tomato basil chicken I think

theres a tomato wine sauce chicken in the by cookbook. I also make one with marinara and onions.

I don't know about the recipe on here... but I make one can small tomatoes sauce fill up the can with lemon juice put it over chicken salt pepper to taste and zatar spice. a little water cover in oven last few minutes uncovered always a hit!

Have you tried the BY cookbook tomato wine sauce chicken?
It looks good; (I'd substitute the brown sugar for Splenda brown sugar blend to cut out some sugar) just want to hear reviews about it
