I'm in the middle of making a carrot cake from the book:" Dining In Again" and I my baby came upon and ripped up part of the carrot cake page. Now I can't see the end of the ingredients, and I already started half way! Can anyone who has the book please PM me the ingredients (that's all I need) of the carrot cake recipe page 245?

3 c. Shredded carrot, 2 c. Sugar, 2 c. Flour, 1 tsp. Baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1 tsp. Cinnamon, 1 c. Oil, 4 eggs
