I'm wondering about the quality of the newest Mountain Buggy Cosmopolitan with the fold-down bassinet. Is it well-made and strong? How are the wheels? And is the bassinet too low so that the baby seems unsafe in that position? How easy is it to fold and turn from a bassinet into a seat and to switch around the seat position? If you have one, any feedback would be great. thanks!
