Okay, so here's the deal.
I am overweight.
I have a lot of belly fat and need to DO something about it.
I started working with a nutritionist and she gave me some solid suggestions but she is $55 a vista and generally the visit is 15 minutes.
I am hoping many of you will have solid suggestions on how to start some healthy habits.
I am currently starting every day with 100 calorie yogurt, 1 cup of berries and 3/4 cup of fiber one--all mixed together and it is great.
For lunch I eat protein and veggies, light dressing, perfect so far, right?
Snack... 13 almonds, or 100 calorie snack, or another yogurt and berries...
Not bad right??!
THEN I GET HOME.
I eat my healthy dinner at 6:00/6:30 but I'm still hungry and I eat something else, which leads to something else, which leads to one more food item... then I feel awful hat I couldn't stick to my plan as written. I do NOT eat after 7:00...
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???
Any and all suggestions will be graciously appreciated...

Are you feeling deprived? Or just still actually hungry from having consumed very little all day? Or is it am emotional hunger?
Do you know the difference from feeling hungry and having an appetite?

Get rid of the "bad stuff". Put a piece of gum in your mouth or sugar free candies. You need to break the bad habit of turning to snacks at night.
I am working on the same thing right now

Are you getting enough fat? I prefer to eat full fat meat or dairy, not "light" or "fat free" because it fills me up more and then I don't crave more food later. YMMV.
