What features would you say make a great camp for your school age daughter (elementary and up)?

- well organized
- professionally run
- competent trained staff
- use time productively
- promote achdus and positivity, good middos
- enjoyable activities

The question in the subject line is what makes a good camp good....I'll take the liberty of taking this a step further. What makes a good camp special?
IMVHO - a camp that makes the campers feel special.
Many kids struggle during their school year. They may find learning, academics, assignments, etc...to be challenging. Camp is when they de-stress! It's their time to shine! A summer well spent can make such a difference.
When a camp goes out of their way to make the campers feel special, at various "check-points" during the summer, that is a camp that gets my buck.

1) good price for its value
2) GOOD SUPERVISION
3) not too big
4) LISTENS TO ME if I say "no pool"
5) fitting crowd, separate gender above a certain age
6) that my kids like it, which for my daughter involves some learning. She gets very bored if there isn't some "intellectuality" (kah)
7) best if it takes all my kids (except those not in school yet)
