I've made homemade yogurt a few times. This time I put the milk in the oven overnight without realizing the fire was on too high.
Now the milk is runny and brown, but does not smell spoiled. the cultures were probably killed
What can I do with the milk? Should I add cultures again and try to re-use it? any ideas

Sounds like you made evaporated milk. It may be perfect for coffee or "cream" type soup.
