Anyone have an idea what to make with ground beef for Shabbat lunch? Something that's nice to serve to guests.
I usually make beef patties in dough, but am in the mood got something else.

You can make meatballs in a crock pot. Shepherds pie. Hummus basar. Um...kebabs?

Taco salad is always appreciated during the summer. It doesn't feel heavy and is delicious. Not fancy though.

Meat roulade,
Stuffed peppers and tomato
Eggplant Roulitini
Piccadillo (sautéed beef with onion, peppers, tomato sauce, optional: sliced green olives and raisins) served in a platter in the center of white rice, and then sprinkle some toasted sliver almonds on top. VERY EASY & ELEGANT.
