Crackers
Sandwiches - peanutbutter or other nut butter, cream cheese... Etc on whole wheat bread
Egg salad
Tuna salad

I used to send some of these options:
Cut up green apple
fruit cup
blended chicken/veggie soup in container from my freezer. (I would prepare once a week)
Whole wheat Cream cheese, tuna or pp sandwich
rice cakes
raisins
crackers
cheese slices or string cheese
tangerines
baby carrots
cut pepper
corn chips
blueberries
Corn thins
grapes
dried apricots
granola bar
some more fruit/veggies etc
you can really send anything, leftover dinner etc. Pack in container and good to go
