I am looking for a one bedroom apartment in an apartment building in Flatbush. Preferably in the vicinity of Ave M. I am specifically looking to live in a building with a nice amount of frum families with children. If anyone lives in such a building, I would love to get in touch with you. If you can please post under your screen name, I would pm you.I want to avoid broker fees, so I would like to get contact info for the landlords, and find out what the building is like. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The apartment I am thinking of does not have a big bedroom but it has 2 bedrooms. Ave J and upper 20s. Do you want me to find out more info?

I'm looking for an apartment in Flatbush too! I came on here to post about it and then saw this thread! Same vicinity, Ave M, but looking for a 2 bedroom. Would gladly take a house over a building! Should I post in a separate thread?
