my 7 month old has fever and a virus (back of mouth red). she was seen by PA. I gave her cherry tylenol. now she had pinkish mucus in her stool. cant get through to my dr. does anyone know if its something to worry about or maybe just from the tylenol?

Probably just from the Tylenol. If the color is Brown or black blood then it is more concerning.
