I never ever freeze. But it makes my life more stressful. I am planning my son's upsherin and this time around I want everything done in advance. How long in advance can I make and freeze decorated cookies and cake pops. Do I freeze them with the sticks? How do I store it? Can it be in the freezer for one month os will it taste freezer burnt that long? I have heard cookies freeze well, but what about cake pops?
Thank you!!

I froze the cake pops without icing or sticks, defrosted it and added the rest (add the sticks when semi frozen so that it stays in firmly.) I know this may not help as the bulk of the work is icing, not baking!
Also I freeze raw cookie dough...
Both either in freezer bags or airtight containers.
