villa/condo in lake george.

Would like to go to lake george the last week in August and am looking for a two bedroom villa, with sitting area and small kitchen. Don't want to spend more that $120 a night .

If you know of anything pls comment. I've searched for a long time and couldn't find.

I don't know of anything, but that's prime tourist season up there, and I doubt you'll be able to find what you're looking for with that budget. I think you'll either need to take a smaller and older place, or else pay more.

Have you checked sites like VRBO and Homeaway.com?
Have you looked in the surrounding areas, like Bolton Landing?
Sometimes, if you contact the owner, you may be able to get a reduction in the cost. If they haven't rented out their condo for that week this far into the summer, they may be willing to negotiate.
I'd think you could find something in late August. So many kids have gone back to school by then. It's not prime vacation time for many families.
