was wondering if anyone knew how I could go about being a shadow for a child in school? Does one need a degree for this? Does anyone know anything about this type of work? It seems like something I would really enjoy doing but I just have no idea how to go about it... any info would be really appreciated!!! thanks!

You do not need a degree to be a para but they are not too well paying something like $15 an hour.
You can go through an agency.
Preferred is an agent on 57th st in boro park that hires paras as does challenge in boro park and special care in Flatbush.
You can also try yeled veyalda and see if they hire paras to send into schools.
Good luck

I got paid around $20/hr to do it when I worked for comprehensive. It was the hardest job I've ever had and I've had many so don't expect it to be easy!

Thanks so much for your help! Just wondering what you found so hard about it?
