Do any of these companies have bigger than size 5t? Gap and old navy only go up to 5, after that the few sets they have are expensive!

I like the ones from the childrens place, I think they go up to at least a size 10
they're pretty cheap when you buy them on sale with a coupon

I've had good luck getting excellent used pjs on eBay, really cheap.
Also, if you get a good sale, target or Walmart is good.

Seconding Wal-Mart.
And I've had a couple of pairs go through two kids, too.

I don't find PJs get holes like clothing. I pass down almost all pajamas.
I've gotten really cute cheap stuff at Walmart, but I think the nice stuff only goes up to 5T.
I've gotten from Carters very cute, but you have to get it on sale, otherwise it isn't so cheap. I think it goes up to size 10.

I often just buy cheap leggings or pants off the clearance rack at Target and pair them with t-shirts that I find on clearance too.

Carters and Children's Place I did not like the quality, very thin, get holes/stretched out too quickly. (I do think Carters makes different fabrics for different stores. I didn't buy directly from Carters, but it was from Macys so I wasn't expecting such garbage! It was very cheap on clearance but not even worth the little I paid. I have gotten other Carter's PJ's as hand-me-downs that looked fine, so I don't know if it's yeridas hadoros or what)
Old Navy is better but also gets stretched out, however definitely worth it if you can find your size on clearance. I've gotten PJ's under $3 a set, but usually more like $5. Still very good.
Gymboree had a sale around winter holiday time last year, I think I paid under $10 a set and the quality was great - however, after wearing them basically since then they are starting to get worn through at the knees. Still, they saw a lot of wear and are still decent. I like that the necks aren't all stretched out.
I got something random and nameless at one of those mall stores - Marshalls or Burlington or something - that was nice and cheap, two pairs on a double hanger.
Had a Wal-Mart brand PJ's that were good too. If they're cheap I would buy there again. I don't know, I haven't looked. They were a random acquisition.

Kirkland brand at costco is great. They also sell carters, but I have found them in the carters store themselves for $3-$5 at the end of the season. I have also gotten a pair in target for $3 after the holidays.
