Ok maybe hate is a strong word because there is a lot I do like about Brooklyn such as the amenities. 24 hr kosher stores, restaurants, range of take outs for prices and palettes. You name it we have it.
But it kinda stops there.

I am a country girl at heart. I grew up with back yards and front yards side yards and play yards. Air, green grass, space, PARKING! LOL

Yeah, OOT can differ widely and wildly!!

Everything can be there but no choice or just a miniyan on holidays, it can be very spread out or all in one tiny neighbourhood... people friendly or davka moved OOT to have peace... gossip or not knowing the others outside of shul... nothing happenin or people inviting each other constantly... low key an casual or bourgeois and posh... most people not shomer shabbes or everyone charedi (yeah rare but exists)... incredible achdus or avoidance... mixed body of people or very similar..
