For my child who will be attending camp? What are the rates? Would a calling card be cheaper?

I think that a calling card will be cheaper and much less hassle

How much money would you suggest I add to the card for four weeks?

Definitely a cheap calling card should be less money than setting up an 800 #. It depends on camp rules on how often they allow kids to call home, but I would start with $10-$20, and you can always add more if necessary.
